You weren't prying. At the time, I desired to close myself to you before you perceived anything. I probably would not have done it at all if I didn't realize what you are.
It is nice to finally meet you. Blue talked about you all the time. ["talked," figuratively speaking.]
[ it's almost a little flattering to hear, but then... ] As I'm sure I would of him, were our positions reversed.
But what you're saying is that you're guilty of nothing more than wanting to keep private from a near stranger. Given the circumstances, I hardly think that's something to be blamed for.
Ah, of course it isn't. My heart is my own to protect from all outside interlopers.
But you were not interloping, you were simply there. I was being defensive because I knew what you are, and that your perception is usually not volitional. So, likewise... you are not to be blamed either.
I'm afraid that my very presence can be as good as a promise that some intrusion will occur. That can make some of them defensive, especially since most will leave their doors open. You simply know how to lock yours.
Yes, I'm quite lucky for that. [for a moment, he sounds a bit morose, but then it's gone again.]
How did you know where to find me? I assume it has to do with your powers, but I know that Blue's are not unlimited in range... [they really had dropped him off in the middle of nowhere to wander back himself.]
I saw it. [ funny thing to say from someone who he could easily have gathered is blind. ] I'm given visions from time to time, usually of the future. That is what I have always had to offer to the Mu.
I saw you fall, where you would land. What needed to be done from there was clear.
[Lucky for Physis, Blue has been a good ambassador for her kind. These abilities are of the sort that unnerved him greatly (and still do, to some extent). The benefit they've imparted to him has done a lot to ease his discomfort with it.
Instead, he's more concerned with other issues...]
I don't mean to patronize you, but was it safe for you to go alone? [he would hardly want such a close - and maybe vulnerable - companion of Blue's to put herself in danger for his sake...]
Only as safe as anything else here. [ while it's true that she often had alfred or jomy to attend her at home, and blue's vow was always to protect her, she has a bad habit of facing the most dangerous situations alone. she doesn't want to risk any harm to them.
here in exsilium, she expects most danger to come from outside. maybe incorrectly, but she at last recognizes that outside the city is far less safe than in. ]
You needed help. I thought the risk was worth taking.
So I was thinking since it's been a while now, that it would be okay to send you a message! I just wanted to check in, and see how you were doing, now that we are on the moon and all.
Mine wasn't exactly like this, or a meteor. Though I suppose our ship began not unlike this base, but more mobile of course. But having spent nearly three hundred years using it as our home had given us much opportunity to expand it for our comfort.
[ she gives a light laugh at feferi's enthusiasm. ]
Yes. We had to escape our own world [ technically a moon, but it sounds less promising to their situation here if she puts it that way. ] under similar circumstances to these at first. Though we found a world to inhabit, we still felt the need for caution, so we only left the ship to gather any supplies we might need. And to save our own when they were discovered.
Beyond that, it was decided that we would be safer if we didn't remain in the same place for too long. When finally we were discovered, we were able to leave that planet behind because of this.
I never would have guessed! [ Well, of course not. That's not the thing you tend to... you know, guess about a person. ] I bet you'll have some great advice for everyone who's having trouble getting used to it.

Now that I have recovered more, I wanted to thank you properly for your help a few weeks ago.
voice
I'm glad to hear you're doing better.
voice
I'm sorry. All I can say is that it was what I needed to do for myself at the time.

I see. The Mu are very fascinating...
Has Blue told you anything about me?

Well, if you ever need anything, please let me know, miss Physis. I'm in your debt now.

I don't generally like making myself a creditor, I'm not owed anything. But, nonetheless, I would like to know you better either way, Kaworu.

I've...been adjusting. It's almost odd to come back to a place like this after the time I've spent on the surface. I hope you've taken to it well.
