So I was thinking since it's been a while now, that it would be okay to send you a message! I just wanted to check in, and see how you were doing, now that we are on the moon and all.
Mine wasn't exactly like this, or a meteor. Though I suppose our ship began not unlike this base, but more mobile of course. But having spent nearly three hundred years using it as our home had given us much opportunity to expand it for our comfort.

Though we found a world to inhabit, we still felt the need for caution, so we only left the ship to gather any supplies we might need. And to save our own when they were discovered.
Beyond that, it was decided that we would be safer if we didn't remain in the same place for too long. When finally we were discovered, we were able to leave that planet behind because of this.
